Why will the map not open?

The first thing to check if Elevate will not display the map is to make sure your firewall is not blocking any of the required services. Your IT staff will be able to help you check to ensure that these services are allowed:

• https://s3.amazonaws.com/*

• https://*.39dn.com/*

• http://*.39dn.com/*

If these services are allowed, then please make sure that your web browser has been updated. We support Chrome, Explorer, Mozilla, Safari, and other modern web browsers.
